The construction of the residential quarter at Saatwinkler Damm 185-235 in Berlin-Spandau began in 2021. This large-scale project focuses on the development of 958 residential units, designed to meet Berlin's growing demand for housing. The complex will include a variety of multi-family homes, an underground car park, a daycare center, and multiple commercial spaces, making it a comprehensive living and community area. The project incorporates modern urban living while maintaining a focus on sustainability and accessibility, with one-third of the apartments being barrier-free.
