RECOSTAL^® Box

RECOSTAL® Box is a high-performance metal permanent formwork designed for foundation columns, wall openings and structural interfaces in reinforced concrete construction. Manufactured from full-sheet steel with a trapezoidal profile, it ensures an exceptionally strong mechanical interlock with cast-in-place concrete and provides superior shear transfer compared to traditional smooth formwork solutions.

RECOSTAL® Box is available in rectangular and square configurations and in a wide range of dimensions. Most size combinations are self-supporting, allowing fast, safe and efficient installation on site. Only a few exceptional dimensions require additional support (as shown in the dimension table/diagram).

The product complies with EN 1992-1-1 / Eurocode 2 and is suitable for a wide variety of civil engineering, industrial and building applications.
