Ahlbeck-Usedom, Germany

The construction of the suite hotel complex in Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom, Germany, took place between 2019 and 2021. This ambitious project combined the refurbishment of the historic Villa Frithjof, a listed building, with the construction of new building sections. The challenge was to provide effective and long-lasting waterproofing for various structural elements while preserving the integrity of the historic villa.
