This is a permanent steel formwork pipe that remains in the concrete after casting and is used to create precise recesses and openings in concrete structures.

TULO pipes are a permament formwork made from spiral sheet metal. They are available in both round and rectangular profiles. TULO pipes are primerly used as recess formers for ceilings and walls as well as foundations for machines, poles and masts.

What information is needed to place an order?
When ordering, the following dimensions must be given:
dimensions A x B x H = ... cm
metal sheet thickness: 0.7 mm (standard) or 1.0 mm
with/without bottom
General recommendations:
During the installation observe the compulsory security standards - wear protective gloves
STEP 1
The TULO pipes is fixed directly to the main reinforcement of the wall or slab.
STEP 2
After fixing formworkig and concreting can start around the pipes.
STEP 3
When the concrete cures formwork can be stripped and the recesses are complete.
